After purchasing a package, complete the PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), Goal-Setting Form, and Coaches Expectations Form.
2. Accountability. Stay accountable through the app or in-person support. You won't be on this journey alone - communicate with your coach daily or as needed to track your progress and make adjustments to reach your goals.
3. Information. Receive personalized information through an organic process tailored to your adherence. This will help you understand the "why" behind the process. You won't be left to figure things out on your own - you'll have a partner on your journey to answer all of your questions.
4. Nutritional Counseling. Take control of your nutrition with personalized advice on food choices and overall needs. You won't be given a meal plan, but guidance on how to balance your macro and micro nutrients to support your goals and lifestyle. Track your progress through the app's nutritional tracking feature.
